The Miami New Times Iron Fork, Miami's most highly anticipated culinary event, returns to the Hyatt Regency Miami & James L. Knight Center, Thursday October 4th!

Witness South Florida’s  finest chefs compete in a sizzling showdown, while feasting on food and drink samples from over 60 of your favorite area restaurants!

Listen weekdays to the DJ Laz Morning Show & Dia Ryan during the 12noon hour for your chance to WIN a pair of tickets to the Miami New Times Iron Fork!

Celebrated chef and member of the famed "Mango Gang," Allen Susser, will oversee the competition. A panel of local celebrity chefs hand selected by host Chef Allen will select the winner of the prestigious Iron Fork Award, signifying the area's top toque.

Event goers can participate in a "silent auction" that will include everything from restaurant certificates to culinary experiences to exciting getaways – 100% of all of the money raised in the auction will go to The Miami Rescue Mission.

Any leftover food from participating restaurants will benefit The Miami Rescue Mission.
