Adele shut down her touring firm Remedy Touring LLP leading many to believe she may never tour again.
The "Hello" singer warned fans she may never "see" them again on tour when she announced she was taking a break two-years ago in June 2017.
And now she applied to voluntarily liquidate her business, where she registered her earnings from live performances.
