Drake’s biggest fan was just given her second wish – a heart transplant!

Last week, news broke of a young girl whose dream it was to meet Drake. She recreated the Kiki Dance Challenge and everything… and she did it all while praying for a heart transplant.

Sofia, which is her name, got her first wish granted when Drake stopped through the children’s hospital in Chicago. They hugged, talked basketball and jUstin Bieber… and then just a week later..
