Netflix’s insanely popular show 13 Reasons Why is coming back for it’s second season in a few weeks, and with that… comes people wondering… where is the show going to go with its plot!?
For its first season the show focused on a character named Hannah, and sparked controversy for its exploration of teen suicide, after Hannah killed herself.
And the second season will continue that, with the central theme being recovery. But will most definitely touch on the aspects of rape, which was a main reason for Hannah's suicide. And what's ironic about that, is the second season's plot was written BEFORE the Me Too movement broke, so it's very much in the forefront of a lot of people's minds.
Just like school shootings, which during the season one finale, they hinted at a possibility for that. So we will see what happens on May 18th, when it premieres on Netflix.
