Calvin Harris can officially add Guinness World Record holder to his résumé.
The Scottish DJ has been recognized for drawing the largest crowd ever recorded at a DJ performance after a massive beach set in São Paulo, Brazil earlier this year.
And when we say massive, we mean 1.6 million people.
Harris shared a photo of his Guinness World Records certificate confirming the record, but the videos from the show really put the number into perspective. Drone footage shows what looks like an endless sea of people packed along the beach.
For comparison, 1.6 million people is more than the populations of Wyoming and Vermont combined.
Harris is already one of the biggest DJs in the world, with multiple music videos topping a billion views and his Rihanna collaboration “This Is What You Came For” approaching three billion.
But getting 1.6 million people together for one DJ set?
Yeah, that’s a pretty good night at work.
