A fan named Cash Jacobs, who is battling stage 3 breast cancer, went viral on TikTok after sharing one special wish. She wanted Miley Cyrus to shave her head as she began losing her hair from chemotherapy.
Jacobs traveled to Los Angeles for Miley’s Hollywood Bowl concert, hoping to make it happen. Although they didn’t meet that night, Miley had a surprise waiting.
The singer flew Jacobs back to Los Angeles for her second show and met with her backstage to personally shave her head.
During the emotional moment, Miley offered words of encouragement, telling Jacobs she could be both soft and strong while facing her battle.
Jacobs later shared the experience on TikTok, calling Miley one of the kindest and most genuine people she’d ever met.
She also thanked the singer for making her feel safe and comfortable during one of the scariest moments of her life.
