While some people are dreaming of a white Christmas, others are looking for sunshine, and apparently, South Florida is one of the places to be!
But that’s not all! South Florida also ranked No. 4 for attractions and No. 5 for warm-weather activities. Between our beaches, nightlife and outdoor activities, there’s plenty to do without packing a winter coat.
And we’re not the only Florida destination getting some love! Tampa ranked No. 7 and Orlando came in at No. 8 overall, with Orlando also ranking No. 2 for warm-weather activities.
Las Vegas took the No. 1 spot overall, followed by San Diego and Dallas.
With 40% of Americans planning to travel this winter, I guess we shouldn’t be surprised if our beaches get a little more crowded!
And let’s be real, we complain when temperatures drop into the 60s, but at least we’re not shoveling snow!
