Sydney Sweeney apparently looked at Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible stunts and thought, “Yeah, I could probably do that.”
The 28-year-old Euphoria star shared a wild video of herself standing on top of a biplane while it was flying through the air.
And this wasn’t exactly a calm sightseeing flight.
Sweeney was strapped to the top of the plane wearing a safety vest and goggles as the aircraft performed turns and rolls, at one point sending her completely upside down.
Her message to the king of doing ridiculous things on airplanes?
“Watch out Tom Cruise.”
The joke was a reference to Cruise’s stunt in 2025’s Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning, where he wing-walked on a biplane thousands of feet in the air while it performed rolls and loops.
Sweeney did her stunt with The Wing Walk Company in the U.K., which later commented that she was “brilliant” during the experience.
And apparently this is just what Sydney Sweeney does for fun now. Earlier this year, she shared videos from a trip to Australia and New Zealand that included bungee jumping, helicopters and speedboats.
She also went all-in while preparing to play professional boxer Christy Martin in the biopic Christy, even revealing that some of the fight scenes involved the actors actually hitting each other.
Meanwhile, some of us get nervous when the plane hits a little turbulence.
