Tom Cruise may be known for saving the world in his movies, but apparently he’ll also stop to make sure a complete stranger is having an okay day.
A staff worker named Klementina was sitting by herself looking down at her phone when Tom walked past her.
Apparently something about her caught his attention because he actually doubled back to check on her and make sure she was okay.
Very sweet.
There was just one problem.
She wasn’t sad. She was doomscrolling.
Klementina later explained that nothing was actually wrong, but the two still shared a fist bump before Tom continued on his way.
And apparently he remembered her, because he later came back and posed for a photo with her.
So doomscrolling finally did something positive for somebody.
Most of us get anxiety and lose 45 minutes. She got a picture with Tom Cruise.
