Wendy’s Is Bringing Back a 3,000 Calorie Burger With NINE Patties

Apparently three burger patties just aren’t enough anymore.

Wendy’s infamous T-Rex Burger is making a comeback, featuring nine beef patties and nine slices of cheese stacked into one approximately 3,000-calorie monster.

The burger costs around $30 and recently returned at a Wendy’s location in Edmond, Oklahoma, where customers are being challenged to take the whole thing down.

And this thing isn’t staying at just one restaurant. An employee says the promotion, which started September 10, will eventually expand to Wendy’s locations across Oklahoma.

Customers who finish the burger in under 10 minutes also get a special prize, which is expected to include a voucher for a free meal. Because obviously after eating nine hamburger patties, your first thought will be, “You know what sounds good? More Wendy’s.”

The craziest part? The T-Rex Burger originally started as a joke before customers actually began trying to order it.

Florida doesn’t have it yet, but I’m fine admiring this one from a safe distance.
