Bruno Mars is having some fun with Karol G and Drake after their surprise performance together in Houston went viral.
During Karol G’s Viajando Por El Mundo TropiTour stop on September 27, she surprised the crowd by bringing out Drake to perform “Ahí” together live for the first time. The collaboration appears on her latest album, No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto.
Drake didn’t stop there. He stayed onstage for “Janice STFU” and “One Dance,” with Karol dancing alongside him. Of course, those videos quickly made their way around social media.
Enter Bruno Mars!
Bruno also appears on Karol’s album with their collaboration “Still.” The two filmed much of the music video at SoFi Stadium before her August 15 show, where Bruno later joined her onstage. Since then, he’s been very tongue in cheek about their chemistry online, even commenting, “That don’t look like acting to me, Carolina,” when Karol shared their video.
So when Bruno saw Karol and Drake together, he took to Instagram. He used Drake’s “Marvin’s Room,” called Karol his “Latina crush,” tagged them both and jokingly demanded a response while saying he needed to get her back.
Using Drake’s own song for the post? Bruno knew exactly what he was doing.
