Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey Still Talk Every Day
It’s been 10 years since Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey divorced, but apparently these two are still very much in each other’s lives.
Nick says they talk every day and have been able to move forward as friends while focusing on being the best parents possible to their children.
And he had some pretty incredible things to say about his ex-wife, calling Mariah his “greatest friend” and “greatest teacher.”
He says one of the biggest things he learned from her was how to stay true to yourself without allowing outside energy to affect you.
Ten years after a divorce and you still consider your ex one of your greatest friends? They might actually be better at divorce than most of us are at marriage.
Ella Langley’s Face Said Everything
One TikToker and massive Ella Langley fan decided to shoot his shot with the country star — from across a parking garage.
He yelled over to Ella and asked how many likes he’d need on TikTok for her to agree to a date.
Her response? “There’s not enough in the world.”
Ouch.
But it was her facial expression that really made the moment go viral. Ella later commented on the video explaining that she was going for dark humor, but admitted her face didn’t exactly help sell the joke.
@tikibeen1 Not enough in the world?! 😭 #ellalangley #tiki ♬ original sound - TIKI
Our guy isn’t giving up, either. He followed it up by buying an entire cartload of flowers for her.
No word from Ella yet.
At this point, maybe save the receipt.
Men Are Getting Humbled by “Bro-Lates”
Sure, watching a guy bench press 200 pounds at the gym can be impressive.
But have you ever watched that same guy get absolutely humbled by a pair of two-pound weights in Pilates?
Men-only Pilates classes are popping up, and they’ve earned the very predictable nickname “Bro-Lates.”
The idea is to give guys a place to work on core strength, flexibility and mobility while connecting with other men without some of the competition that can come with a traditional gym environment.
And if you’ve ever looked at Pilates and thought, “How hard could that possibly be?” please enjoy finding out what those tiny little weights can do to you.
Dolly Parton Really Did Work Until the End
They weren’t kidding when they said Dolly Parton worked right up until the end.
Dolly passed away in August, but just one month earlier, she filmed an advertisement for her new coffee line, Cup of Ambition.
That commercial has now been released, showing Dolly sitting at a vanity, touching up her makeup and playing her guitar.
And you would never know what she was privately going through at the time. She looks incredible and completely herself in what became one of her final projects.
It really shows just how committed Dolly was to continuing to create and work for as long as she possibly could.
Bentley Is Going Electric
Apparently the extremely wealthy would also like to join the electric-car party.
Bentley is introducing its first fully electric vehicle, the 2028 Bentley Torcal.
It reportedly goes from zero to 60 in just 2.8 seconds and comes with a diamond-patterned grille, massive brakes and what has actually been described as a “chiseled rump.”
Diamond grille. Beefy brakes. Chiseled rump.
Are we still describing a Bentley or a guy at Equinox?
Either way, it’ll reportedly start around $230,000 when it arrives next year.
Lainey Wilson Literally Loses Her Head
Lainey Wilson and John Mayer have teamed up for the song “Phones, Keys, Wallet,” and while the song itself is upbeat and lighthearted, the music video is anything but.
The song is about Lainey’s hectic, scatterbrained and fast-paced life.
The video takes that idea VERY literally.
At one point, Lainey is actually shown decapitated.
So apparently “I’d lose my head if it wasn’t attached” is no longer just an expression.
Some fans love the bizarre visual. Others might have a hard time watching it.
Either way, you probably won’t forget the video.
