Men Have Apparently Decided Showering Is Hurting Their Dating Lives

I think we may have officially found the stupidest “maxxing” trend yet.

Pheromone maxxing.

Some men are reportedly skipping showers, deodorant and cologne because they believe amplifying their natural musk will make them more biologically attractive.

The idea isn’t necessarily to smell like you just finished a two-hour workout. It’s more about eliminating artificial fragrances and letting your natural scent do the work.

Gentlemen, there is a VERY fine line between natural musk and everyone wondering why the elevator suddenly smells weird.

Jean Paul Gaultier did not spend all that time making cologne for us to end up here.

Dick Van Dyke Is 100 and Still Working Out

If you’re currently negotiating with yourself about whether you really need to exercise today, Dick Van Dyke would like a word.

At 100 years old, the legendary actor is still exercising, stretching, doing crunches and practicing yoga to help keep himself healthy.

So yes, unfortunately, this has eliminated approximately 90 percent of our excuses.

Get yourself to the gym. Go for a run. Join the Tuesday run club at Tropical Park. Catch the sunrise on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

If Dick Van Dyke can do crunches at 100, we can probably manage 30 minutes.

A Robot Vacuum Caught an Affair and Somehow the Husband Went to Jail

This story has so many plot twists it deserves its own Netflix series.

A husband in Taiwan remotely activated his robot vacuum only to discover through its camera that his wife was with another man.

He recorded what he saw and eventually sued his wife AND the other man over the affair.

And he won.

Then his wife sued him for secretly recording them without permission.

And she won.

The husband was ultimately sentenced to five months in jail for violating their privacy.

So the robot vacuum helped expose an affair, win one lawsuit and then provided evidence that helped send its own owner to jail.

Mine just gets trapped underneath the couch.

DollyFest Is Going Forward

Dolly Parton may not be there to celebrate in person, but the big birthday bash she wanted is still happening.

DollyFest will take place with weekend-long celebrations in Nashville and London, honoring the country music icon after her death.

Parton reportedly didn’t want a traditional public memorial, and the celebrations are part of a larger plan she had for how she wanted her life and legacy remembered.

And honestly, a weekend filled with music and celebration feels a whole lot more Dolly than everybody sitting around being sad.

Imagine Waking Up With a Bat Trying to Get Into Your Mouth

You know those dreams that feel so real that your body actually reacts to what’s happening?

Now imagine dreaming that a mouse is trying to get into your mouth.

You wake up.

Except it wasn’t a dream.

And it wasn’t a mouse.

It was a bat.

Welcome to bat season!

I don’t care what anyone says. Once something with wings attempts to enter my mouth while I’m sleeping, that bedroom belongs to the bat. I’ll be moving.

Lionel Messi Is Saying Goodbye to Argentina

After an incredible international career spanning two decades, Lionel Messi is retiring from Argentina’s national team.

Messi played in six World Cups and finally reached the mountaintop when he led Argentina to a World Cup championship four years ago.

His decision comes during an emotional period following Argentina’s loss to Spain in this year’s final and the death of Messi’s father last month.

There are also questions about how much longer he’ll continue playing here in South Florida with Inter Miami.

After everything he’s accomplished, maybe this is Messi realizing it’s okay to start downsizing.

Twenty years representing your country, six World Cups and finally bringing home the trophy?

I’d say he’s earned the right to clear a few things off the calendar.
