Talk about taking the scenic route home! British adventurer Karl Bushby has finally reunited with his mother after spending 28 YEARS walking around the world!
Bushby left home in 1998 at just 29 years old and traveled more than 31,000 miles across 30 countries and four continents, refusing to use planes, boats, or vehicles to move forward.
Along the way, he survived dangerous jungles, freezing temperatures, a polar bear encounter, and even swam across the Caspian Sea and English Channel!
Now 57, Bushby finally made it back to his mother’s home in England, where she tearfully greeted him by asking, “Where have you been?”
After nearly three decades of adventure, he’s finally home!
