NOTE FROM KIMMYB: I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Roxy for some years now and she is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met. She is passionate about our community and committed to telling our stories and more important she is determined to BE the CHANGE she wishes to see. Roxanne embodies everything I admire in a GREAT woman...Strength, Compassion, Talent, Drive, and most important an innate desire to GIVEBACK and UPLIFT Others. Roxy, you are the true definition of female empowerment and it's an honor to have you as part of our Women's History Month Celebration!
