Miami Doctor Who Attacked Uber Driver Speaks Out

Uber Drunk Girl

Last week in Brickell, Dr. Anjali Ramkissoon got into a drunken rage and attacked her Uber driver. She is finally speaking out, and she's doing nothing but apologizing.

Dr. Anjali Ramkissoon's appearance on "Good Morning America" was the first time she spoke about the drunken encounter since it went viral last week.

"I had a bad night. I made a huge mistake.  "It was the biggest mistake of my life and that person is not me."

She professed that earlier in the day her father had been hospitalized, her boyfriend of  2 years broke up with her, and she just broke. In fact, she originally chose to drive that night, but chose to take an Uber after she had a few drinks.
So how does she feel about the aftermath? "I did it and I'm ashamed of what I did and this would never happen again," she said. "In the moment, I was just so angry. I wasn't really thinking. If I could take it back, I would."

Ever since the video leaked, her family has been getting people stopping by their house and has been sending her messages to kill herself. "Use my story as a message, as a lesson to be careful what you do in public, because the things that we do can be taped, and we can suffer severe ramifications," she said.
