Thanksgiving dinner might look a little different this year, because Lay’s is bringing some of your favorite holiday dishes to the potato chip aisle!

The company is launching five limited-edition flavors just in time for the holidays, and some of them are pretty interesting.

Starting in late October, shoppers can grab Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes and Roasted Holiday Turkey, which reportedly tastes like turkey, gravy, and even a little stuffing.

Then, on November 8, Lay’s is releasing Maple Bacon chips, combining sweet maple flavor with smoky bacon.

But things get even more interesting in late November when Lay’s introduces two chocolate-covered varieties: Wavy Milk Chocolate and Wavy Dubai-Style Dark Chocolate.

The company even suggests crushing the savory chips over holiday casseroles or using the chocolate varieties as ice cream toppings.

All five flavors will be available for a limited time.

So, South Florida, would you try Thanksgiving dinner in potato chip form, or should Lay’s just stick to the classics?
