Imagine you’re moments away from getting married when Shaboozey casually floats by on an inner tube.

That’s exactly what happened to one couple during their Aug. 8 wedding at Brown’s Owens River Campground near Mammoth Lakes, California.

Just before the ceremony began, wedding guests noticed a large group floating down the nearby Owens River. Among the roughly three dozen people was Shaboozey, best known for his massive hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy).”

The wedding planner decided to delay the ceremony for a few minutes so the group could pass. Once they realized who was floating by, they asked Shaboozey if he’d take a photo with the bride and groom.

His response? Absolutely, but he wasn’t getting off the float.

The couple posed along the riverbank while Shaboozey and his fellow floaters cheered them on from the water, even raising their drinks when the bride and groom kissed.

After the group passed, the couple finally got married.

Video of the unexpected wedding crasher quickly went viral, earning more than 500,000 likes. Shaboozey even found the post afterward and dropped a congratulatory message for the newlyweds.

Not a bad wedding guest for someone who wasn’t actually invited.
